Terms of service.

1. What nox is
nox is an IPTV player application — a tool that lets you load and watch playlists you bring from your own IPTV provider. nox does not provide any television channels, movies, or series. You are responsible for obtaining content rights from your provider of choice.
2. Subscription
The optional subscription unlocks premium player features (EPG, multi-device sync, recording, parental controls, catch-up, no ads). A 7-day free trial is available. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your panel.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use nox with content you are not legally entitled to access. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.
4. Account
Your account is identified by a device key generated on first launch. You're responsible for safeguarding it — there's no email recovery (unless you've attached one at checkout). We may suspend accounts that show signs of credential sharing across an abusive number of devices.
5. Refunds
Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you'll keep access until the end of the paid period. App Store and Play Store subscriptions follow Apple and Google's refund policies.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for content delivered by your third-party IPTV provider, network outages, or device incompatibilities.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes in-app and on this page.
